all payments will be handled through paypal invoices

payment must be made 50% upfront before work begins, and the rest paid upon completion of the piece

the unwatermarked file(s) will not be delivered until payment has been made in full

tips are appreciated, but not expected. you are not required to include a tip, or use the tip function to cover paypal's fees. as a professional artist, i accept full responsibility for paypal's fees.

please allow 1-5 weeks for order completion, unless i specifically tell you otherwise.

i will keep in touch with you through email, and will notify you of any delays to your order. if it looks like i will not be completed before paypal's window of protection closes, i will let you know and we can discuss refund options if you want.

WIP (work-in-progress) shots will be sent at the rough/sketch and flat color stages. please request any pose or detail revisions at the sketch stage, and use the flat color stage to request tweaks to colors.

if you give me the all-clear to keep working and then request major revisions, i may charge an extra fee depending on the complexity of the request and how much work it will entail. you are expected to pay the fee before you receive the final product.

feel free to contact me to request working updates on your order if i have been quiet for at least two weeks. i do spend a lot of time on my art work, so please try to remain patient.

you are allowed to use the images i create for you for streams and channel promotional content for your twitch.tv channel, without any extra fees or royalties, as long as you link credit back to me for creating the graphics. this includes affiliated and twitch partner channels.

as the commissioner, you may:

- upload the finished, unwatermarked piece wherever WITH credit back to me

- crop, resize, or add an icon border to the finished piece

as the commissioner, you may NOT:

- claim that you drew the finished piece

- use the WIPs i provide to claim you drew the piece

- edit/alter/remove my signature in any form

- finish, redraw, or draw on top of my work, or pay someone else to do so, without discussing it first

as the artist, i may:

- upload watermarked WIP shots to my own gallery sites, with credit to you as the client

- upload the finished, watermarked piece to my own gallery sites, with credit to you as the client

- use the finished, watermarked piece as commission samples

as the artist, i will not:

- place the art created for you on any merchandise for sale, nor create and sell prints of it

cancelling your order means you do not want the finished product at all, for any reason

you may cancel your order at any point in time (EXCLUDING cases where I am 90% done with the order) for either a full or partial refund, depending on your preference

you will not receive any further WIPs or progress shots after cancelling your order

you MAY NOT use any previously sent WIPs to finish the piece yourself or pay another artist to finish after cancelling your order

i retain the right to reuse layout sketches from cancelled orders in future layouts to make up for lost time

orders that are in the final stages of being finished may not be cancelled and will not receive refunds

only cancelled orders may receive a full or partial refund, at your preference

do not go through the chargeback process on paypal without discussing refunds with me first

refunds are not available for orders where i have sent the finished piece and you decide you don't like it, without ever asking for revisions during the working process. please make sure you communicate with me when you don't like something so you end up with a finished product you're happy with.

unless discussed otherwise, by agreeing to these terms you allow me to list your username on my public to-do trello, and upload your finished piece(s) or WIPs to my public gallery, with credit to you as the client.

i retain the right to live stream work on your commission, unless otherwise discussed

if you do not want me to publicly use your name or upload your piece(s) to my public gallery, please send me an email to discuss.

if you, as the client, break any of these terms, either willingly or unknowingly, i reserve the right to blacklist you and refuse to do service with you in the future.

depending on the severity of the T.O.S. break, i may choose to cancel the order from my end if i am still working, and fully refund you, in accordance with my order cancellation and refund policies outlined above.
